RealtyTrac, the leading online marketplace for foreclosed properties, whose Web site gets 3 million unique visitors per week, is planning to launch an online auction service within the next 45 days. "When all of this shakes out, you're going to see a whole different series of relationships in selling real estate, and the platform will be electronic," predicts Rick Sharga, RealtyTrac's vice president of marketing.
