Hey Mohan. I did happen to read that article this morning. I can add that we lucked out in building our home (Austin.) Our builder said they could now get several thousand dollars more for the lot we built on (this is from last June.) Now, normally I take that kind of comment with a grain of salt BUT I've watched every other lot in the subdivision get gobbled up. This area is like a dandelion field, they are filling up subdivisions almost as quickly as they open. I'm not saying this is all DELL, but, there is NO DOUBT in this community about the impact/influence DELL is having in almost every facet. T.R.
