Hard to tell what MicroExpress sales look like with just 3 data points. There are couple of things going on right now that muddy the numbers a little more than usual - end of quarter and new product launch. After a few more data points like the ones you have accumulated we will have a much better sense of the channel.

Based on the limited data we have, I see at least three potential scenarios:

- It is possible that someone suckedup all the product in the last 24 hours in preparation for the launch that is expected next week (not an uncommon event).

- The second possibility is that MicroExpress had more product than needed and AMD needed the product for some other distributor or OEM and the stock got rotated. (again pretty common event)

- The third and more sinister possibility is that AMD was having a problem getting to 800Ku and stuffed the channel at the end of the quarter and is now clearing the channel out after the quarter end. (this becomes a distinct possibility if AMD announces only 800-900ku Athlons for Q4).

So take your pick.
