Good news, SAM: Hoover's is wrong.... Compare the balance sheets they show for "Annual" vs "Quarter." At 12/99, the former shows 2.75B$ in equity, which agrees with Loral's 10K. The "quarterly" balance at 12/99 shows 2.015, declining to 1.8B at 6/30. The correct figure, according to Loral's 2nd Q report is 2.853B$, or around 8.75$ per share.
