John, I have a feeling that the market may not behave. If it doesn't behave, my feeling is that there could be a bit more downside for many stocks including SIII. The NASDAQ declined 20% on an intraday basis last summer and it hasn't done that much here yet.....

Now having said that, I think buying SIII at these levels for a longer term perspective is just fine.
