I read between the lines and I say way too late in the bear.

Now that all the 100's "o" billions have been made,401K's wiped out etc. etc., all the while the "regulators" knew EXACTLY what was goin on.

This is going to get interesting, very interesting. Hint: notice how the ANALyst where "supposedly" cleaned up by the new blatant use of the sell rating.
