Dave, your food/water chart is meaningless. Do you know the difference between cool weather crops and hot weather crops? Do you know where each is grown in CA? Do you know that the weather in N. San Joaquin Valley is considerably different than the weather in S. San Joaquin Valley?
Did you know that CA is the largest agriculture producing state and that you are dependent on the food it produces?
