For me that's not the point. I need to know that they have a given policy and adhere to that policy. The fact that today its in your favor can quickly become a nightmare the next time.

Then of course there's the problem of which way they will interpert the policy the next time. My limited experience, is beginning to suggest that Datek is using these after hours fills on what should be a closed day order (expired) to shave points for themselves.
