As a mother and former teacher I know a little about psychology----a required course for teacher.

A child is quite impressionable. If someone breaks into a home-----pointing a gun at a parent. They will instantly capture the moment in their minds as will the parents.

This incident brought back to me an incident in which our house was broken into just after we left for a short vacation. We received a call from local police with details. They had entered by breaking a window and a door. When we returned-----I could feel the invasion of privacy and the items that were taken.

There was no one to visualize--------------what there was, was fear of the same happening while in the house.
My husband was scheduled for a trip to his work site for a week. A cousin spent several nights as until I
could security measures put in place.

The police told me to take the shooting lessons and if I should ever have to use the gun to protect not just myself or children ----"just be sure to pull the criminal into the house if he or she is t all of the way in the house:..

Of course that child is in shock---------the Judge needs to go back and take Psychology 101 --102 and more courses

Of course the mother recognizes the dangerous act of invasion perpetrated by the intruders. Of course she remembers the color of the skin----that does not indicate that she is "racist" as the Judge envisions.

Perhaps he needs to assess his psychological well being. Could he be overly sensitive
to his 'mixed race' --------

Certainly, Obama , has express his problem with being black in Hawaii. Also, interesting that Obama being not fully black in color did not matter as -----every one in Hawaii varies in color.

The Judge is obviously extremely sensitive about color; yet color black , white, yellow, albino is used to describe.
