Easy way to get money from many of those would be to call the fund "Kill Jews and Christians while rescuing Tsunami victims" fund. Seriously though, that euro weenie UN dude should resign immediately. US is the most generous nation when you consider all we do militarily and outside of dedicated contributions. We set up educational foundations and many others that are not considered in the numbers. China - is giving a fraction of what we give and they are going through huge period of growth.
