hi Matt,
I saw that the current market cap for STER is $82M. this seems to indicate that IBA paid around $10/share for their stake.

It's tough to justify $18-20 market price when the company is selling itself at $10. I mentioned before that I expected the drop was caused by the earnings warning. I was surprised when it dropped all the way to 9, but this sale explains that.
