Michael, somebody wanted to buy Noront stock. The current depressed share price reflected in quotes for a number of thinly traded juniors is quite misleading. I say this because if you wanted to buy a significant number of shares in most of the companies (Noront for example) you are going to have to pay the price a willing seller is prepared to accept and that is certainly not the bid price you see from day to day. We are seeing a total lack of interest from investors in junior oils, gold or other commodities. When investors come back into this sector many of these juniors will double, triple, and quadruple in price, some may still be undervalued at those levels.

The market isn't really making a statement about the intrinsic value or potential value of these junior stocks but it sure reflects the lack of interest and investment capital flowing into these sectors.
