Just talked to a friend who's familiar with this project,he says,
they own 2 tracking vans now, worth about $50000 each, one located in
Montreal the other in Kingston Ontario,and smaller regions have portable ones.
But this is what intrigues me the most of Boomerang,that it works
everywhere a conventional cellular telephone does and thats
95% of populated North America,if this takes off it could be big
