L.O.M. Medical International Inc. Announces Changes to Directors and Officers


CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - April 17, 2012) - L.O.M. Medical International Inc. (the "Company") announces that at its shareholder meeting held on April 17, 2012, incumbent directors Ralph Woloschuk and Ian Mavety were re-elected, and are joined by new directors Carolyne Wallace, Ron Roteliuk and Charles LaPointe, constituting the full board of directors. In addition, the Company announces the departure of Lionel Matthews, formerly President of the Company and a director.
