Vicki:

Intel announced a deal with outfit called MSH. Anyone know anything about them? Sounds like a pixar competitor:

Dow Jones News Service -- November 5, 1996
Intel Buys Warrant To Acquire Up To 1M MSH Entertain Shares

SAN FRANCISCO (Dow Jones)--Intel Corp. (INTC) purchased a warrant to buy up to one million shares of MSH Entertainment Corp. (MSHE). An MSH spokesman said the shares represent about 7.6% interest in the company. He did not disclose the exercise price of the warrant, stating the information may be revealed in the near future.

MSH also signed an agreement with Intel under which Intel will develop MSH's production management software system. The system will be used as a work flow manager for advanced animation rendering projects using Intel architecture-based workstations.

The software operates on multiprocessor Pentium Pro processor based systems using the Windows NT operating system and Auto CAD 3D Studio Max from Autodesk.

The first project to be produced using the new system are a slate of children's animated programs. MSH is a children's animation, film and television production company.

Best Regards,
