Hi Dan. I was on the analysts conference call when I happened to read your post! Sorry I couldn't get the number to you on time. They gave me a special code though that I can use to replay the entire call (it's almost an hour long). I have a call in to Charles Kim at Investor Relations to see if it's OK if I give it out.

The general tone of the call was very upbeat. All of the analysts that participated in the question and answer session congratulated management on their outstanding quarter.

Your observation about their decline in receivables is right on and probably traceable to their DSO (Day Sales Outstanding) decline. DSO is a measure of the average number of days it takes from performing the service to actually getting paid. When I first started talking to Unilab about a year and a half ago, their DSO was about 72 days as I recall, and at that time it was considered fairly respectable within the industry. Their new DSO of 64 days is a marked improvement and is "among the best in the industry".

They had tons of interesting data, all very positive especially in cost cutting and pricing structure. The analysts were also very quick to pick up on this. If I get some time, I'll try to outline a few key points. Bye for now.
