Udo, As far as executive sales go, I checked that last week and rechecked yesterday. Only one insider has so much as filed to sell. Henry Grause (chairman), filed a 144 on 9/23 to sell 319,064 shares. He owns roughly 5.9 million shares (22% s/o), so I personally view this filing as insignificant, given the small % of his shares he has filed to sell. He has yet to file concerning the subsequent sale of the shares, so he may well have not sold them as of yet. As far as I can tell the rumour mill is living up to its name with this one.
