Hi, Scott:

I appreciate your comments about Etrade. But you have missed several
points I tried to make:

1. Etrade does have an email service for clients' complaint. But
the quality, in terms of knowledge and experience, is very low
and often asnwer questions in an unprofessional way.

2. Etrade has just recently revised its margin agreement with its
clients. Following other brokers, it now allows fully margined
(at 40% of the underlying equity) for naked put option writing.
From a brokerage firm's stand point, this type of trade is no more
risky than just vanila type of long position in stocks.

3. Etrade does not a have professional pipeline to seek out clients'
complaints about problems or suggestions for improvement of services.

Since mine and other dissatisfied clients' stories are made known
to the public, Etrade stock has suffered in the market place.

Now you have become a shareholder, why don't you join the crusade
in trying to pursuade Etrade to upgrade its services?

Best regards,

pcyh
