I would guess it's getting caught up in the whole web banking frenzy. Perhaps people are also catching on that for the first time in years this company's earnings are about to turn positive. I've owned this stock for about 3 years now--watched it drop from mid 20's in fact (when it was USOR); I think it's a good company and they're finally getting their act together and getting recognition for it.
