If Starr would produce evidence of impeachable offenses, I would hope that Congress would proceed post haste.

But, and I say But with a capital B, after 5 years and $45 million dollars, and where Starr has raked people's mothers, girl scouts and nuns over the coals, and has found NOTHING, I do not expect anything material to come from Starr.
