Kerry and "Follow the money."

I still want to know why nobody has followed Kerry's phoney mortgage on "his" house to finance his failing primary campaign. But for his phoney loan, taken out just a few months ago, he wouldn't be where he is today.

My understanding is that Kerry couldn't qualify for that loan and can't even make the monthly payments on his income. Heinz's assets couldn't be used because of the campaign finance laws. And, how did Kerry even acquire the real estate on his government salary?

Until those questions are answered satisfactorily, Kerry is the "illegitimate presumptive democrat nominee," because he cheated to get where he is.

If anybody can explain where I'm wrong and how Kerry did it legally, I'm all ears.
