Taurus, a loss would not be devastating for MDIN-perhaps a short term setback. Recall that none of claims in disupte are MDIN's. MDIN just wins the rights to buy them from Olivos. MDIN has far more impressive and interesting properties in their inventory! Also production and JVs in the very near term would make up for any set back with Dayton. But we talk theortical. All the information I have been able to gather leaves me with no doubt that MDIN will win. Cheers and happy investing and don't waste your money on Dayton anymore!
