sk, I respect Bosco's comments, but I'd state my opinion more bluntly : IGNORE THE LAWYERS. This is pure ambulance chasing. Citrix's is having a business execution problem. It is not illegal to make business mistakes.

Class-action suits following big drops in market cap are now standard procedure, regardless of any real or imagined wrong doing, but all these suits accomplish is further damage the company and enrich the lawyers.

Its funny how people only get outraged enough to turn activist when they are personally damaged. I'd like to see these lawyers do something useful like attack the issue of the vulgarity we call "executive compensation" in many of the public traded companies of this country.
