First question from Bruce to Scott: MS is going up 10% are you going to announce that here, now? DUH.... in the middle of the quite period. S.M.: Looks like the MS JAVA suit is going to go to trial. S.M.: The HP 'news-release-ware' may just go away over the next couple of months. S.M.: MS has a monopolist business and has to run under tighter rules than a company who cannot control the industry.
