Fascinating technical pearls from PCNTF. PCNTF peaked at 54.4 on 9/10 which is real close to the previous "resistance" or high on 7/12 of 55.9. In other words the poor saps who bought it around 54 bailed out and are patting themselves on the back for not losing any money.
I can't believe TA worked, at least in this instance.

Also, I heard on CNBC that China is not allowing any privately owned ISP's in China for the foreseeable future.
