Hi Merritt; It looks to me they are still doing an end run on this
new evidence.

While before now we didn't know that the Texas Rangers
had found and kept some of the ferret round casings, ( I thought
the ATF had got rid of all of them along with the front door and
other incriminating evidence ).

But what we did know and was told officials
at the last hearings is that copies of the FBI logs show they had
400 rounds , and before noon were running low and put a call out
for more ( & they got 48 or 50 more flown in )

All these ferret rounds use an explosive charge to disperse the
CS gas, and with all this new focus on TWO fired at the tornado shelter they divert attention away from FBI log of 400 & that
they had just about exhausted their supply when the call went
out for more.
