Riley, honestly, I really don't listen to the nays or the yeas... I just look for what I can find. I assume that it was Morgan's intention to jack the price of MVPH up as much as he could on the 8-k, which is fine just as long as there is some legitimacy, which there appears to be. It makes his company look a lot bigger than it is, tho. $3.50 does seem a bit steep for each share of MVPH... Matty Gregg
