And in spite of all this, India has a Defense Minister with the "wisdom" to say that Pakistan's nuclear weapons are no big deal (and one of the posters here has the "wisdom" to laud him for that!). This is the reason why the West feels that Third World countries should not have nuclear weapons -- neither deterrence nor disarmament is possible if people cannot understand the destruction and devastation that can be unleashed by nuclear weapons.
