the bull seems to have survived the greatest precentage decline in Nas history. Not only that, they are developing more confidence in the tech sector. Next time it dips, the buyers will be even more aggressive in picking up bargains. That is my reasoning why the charts don't tell the true story. More Importantly the the BEARS that that had converted to being BULLS are now back to their BEARISH comments about the tech sector. That is a sign that things are back to normal for now.<ggg> That is my take on it.
