The part that says a child should pay for the flaws of the parents.

All children are encumbered by the flaws of their parents in some form or fashion.

As for how the justice system deals with illicit gains and children, we don't let drug dealers or mobsters keep their loot. So it means that junior will not be able to go to college or that mom and sis have to move to a bad part of town because they can no longer afford their nice house. That's sad, but we still don't let them keep the money. Even the most bleeding hearts don't advocate that. What a precedent that would set to let people reap benefit from their crimes! And what a lesson for their kids on values and ethics for their kids...
