Here is another question. Today I tried to write 4 calls on GUR (I know your not the specialist here but you might have an answer).

They were MAR 7 Bid .25 Ask .40 at around 2PM. I went in at the bid and the order was not filled. If the bid was .25, why would the trade not fill?
