this could be big Air Methods Enters Into a Letter of Intent To Acquire a Major Air Medical Service Provider PR NEWSWIRE - April 16, 2002 06:31 DENVER, Apr 16, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Air Methods Corporation (Nasdaq: AIRM) announced today that it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a major air medical service provider. The companies have agreed on valuation and other key terms and conditions, subject to the successful completion by Air Methods of due diligence investigation and negotiation of a definitive purchase agreement. Completion of due diligence and negotiation of a binding agreement is anticipated during the second quarter of 2002. The letter of intent contemplates closing during the third quarter of 2002, subject to satisfaction of usual closing conditions.
