Roger, BROC causing market crashes? It's never that simple. SEBL is in cohouts with the market makers, Alan Greenspan, and the tri-lateral commission to insure BROC never gets any good press,...errr...there I go sounding paranoid again. Nevermind. Just kidding. The only commission I've ever heard of is a Gordon. :-)
