Rod, I tend to agree with you, but will the ruling today positively affect SUNW stock price?? I am confident that the ruling prompted MSFT to issue the conference call regarding revenue and earnings. The Empty Heads on WS got the wrong message and are bidding MSFT up. Interesting week will follow. BWDIK Haim
