The charts I see Kevin show FBNI share price experiencing continual deterioration from April 6th, the time of the deal, until now. And of course the deterioration in share price has been happening for some time. If this was such a good deal, and positions FBNI for a turn around, why didn't the stock price reflect this in April ? Why was there no reaction to the good news contained in the 8-K released on the Tuesday 22nd ? I did look at their recent 10Q and it does seem that maybe the $1.9M they are getting from the sale may pay for most of the $2.1M that represents excess liabilities over assets. Not sure if that's really the same as being debt free though .... that accounting stuff can be really tricky, lol. And I'm not an accountant. The story looks intriguing and I'm trying to decide whether or not to buy into it. Thanks in advance, Chris
