Dee Jay please show me where the information saying Ascend is buying the chip set is. I don't see that in what you posted, only that Ascend is/was planning on using the DMT from AWRE like 3Com/USR, Cisco and many others. Dee Jay said: "I referred to the announcement because it said Aware would be supplying ADSL chipsets to Ascend - and they are." Sorry I just don't read that as saying what you claim. It would be good as you say though.
