JW - Wow. Thanks so much for the primer. You said "thus, watching call premium is an early warning signal of an upside move" - does one watch this as a $ figure, or one of the volatility #'s, or whatever?

IOW - you must watch a single stock and its premiums, or is there a site or method of detecting this kind of situation developing by watching the indicators you described?
