Greetings All,

1. Why would a company care about its stock price?

2. Does EUTO care about its stock price?

3. If EUTO does care about its stock price, couldn't any short irregularities be straightened out by declaring a stock dividend?

A dividend of $.01 per 1000 shares would only cost the company $1000. for 100 million shares, plus about $1000. in handling costs.

What happens when a dividend is declared? If twice as many own shares as authorized, who gets the dividend money? Cannot someone sue someone if they own shares and get no dividend?

It seems that if EUTO REALLY wanted to halt illegal shorting, they would declare a very small dividend and then watch the players scramble.

Mike
