NDB let's you do ALL of that. They charge 1 cent a share in excess of 5000 only for listed stocks, BBs incur a flat rate. Moreover, I sold CVIA(what a dog) today in three trades, with one charge of 19.75 plus SEC fees. YOu can buy OR sell all day the same stock and will be charged one fee only(for each direction-buy or sell). TG
