To All, I received this e-mail this morning. Tom wanted to make sure that the market in BETT didn't get off on the wrong foot this morning. . Scoobey and Mike, . There is no way we will do a secondary offering today! . The first step is to raise $1 million as a 504D. That looks very positive in the next few weeks. . THEN we have the working capital to start moving BETT towards the goal of driving in same as cash ATM card transactions, beginning work on the internet Slick and the Pocket Pay, upgrading the Host etc. . THEN we can begin licensing arrangements and positioning eConnect as a strong company. By that time, our BETT share value should begin to reflect the fundamentals, and THEN, and not before, we begin to focus on a strong secondary offering with the underwriters taking us out into the market again. .
