He probably meant 'Gebst der Kreig, bist kaput!' - meaning 'Give (the) war, you is finished' - sort of a cause-and-effect connotation there. 'bist' is the familiar 'du' form, so he does feel that he knows J well enough not to have to use the more formal 'Sie'. So maybe he considers Janice a close friend, and would like to further the relationship with some friendly banter. So maybe she should go over there and chat him up, and maybe ask him just exactly how many shares are there out on cshk. Just to flatter him, you understand. But she should maybe be very very careful not to get too close, in case this analysis is incorrect, and the whole phenomenon is being caused by an excess of shrapnel and bits of aeroplane lodged in the cerebrum, cutting off the circulation to the mens sana, and leading to drunken internet fights and 'investing' in 'stocks' such as cshk.
