Smallstocks---His stock is part of his pay package. The persentage sold is a pitance. It is also incentive for him to do well. The better he leads the company the high the stock price. If I buy stock--I expect to sell at some point. He has done the same as if you were to buy a CD at your local bank from your weekly paychecks. At some point when it has grown you expect to cash it in. If he was selling 50,000 a week it would be a concern--- if he sold 25% it would be a concern. Maybe he is married and wanted a car so his wife wanted a house to keep up with the Jonses--- All I can say is "have fun and make the stock price increase plus--find richer Jonses to keep up with!"
