If it means Leahy has had his ass kicked, it's a green light to rebuild the Court. If it means W has knuckled under to another George Mitchell scam, the Republicans can start getting used to another 20 years of minority party status. My current prediction: GWB KNOWS this well, and isn't going to repeat his father's career-ruining mistake...
