i believe we agree. i thought you singled out democrats were unable to run cities however republicans could.. my point is things never change. you have cities that carry the major burden of minorities, low income, no income, crime, immigrants, social welfare and if these people did start to vote republican i doubt they could turn much around. outside of perhaps school system but even then the school committees who run them are another whole elected group.
