GOLDIGER - do you know when Sopie would be entitled to her shares, last July or after the filing?
The significance of the release at this time is that Donner appears to be getting all its ducks in order for possibly bigger things to come, the company reorganization, finnancings of the warrants with Teck, etc.
So hope there is/are better things to come.
Since Teck got into the Diamond Fields program early by taking up the shares, I sense that they may have the same desires here, set up this program and its potentail early, parade it out to the world which is what has been started, get all of their jv partners organized up legally, and then auction this project off to the biggest bidder. A few billion would be nice!
And then on to another project(s) with lots of cash, and let someone else worry about all those mudane project approvals, financings, etc. |
