[Company leaks:]

<<<It really worries me that they've now even shut out Pat.>>>

Ross --

There are times when the company closes everyone off and I suspect for good reason. It may even come as a surprise to some that I've never been given direct access to the company, not even to RC. I'm simply an inquisitive shareholder who happens to ask a lot of questions and some times there are those who don't like it. (Not RC, he's always courteous.)

Setting that aside, what can we expect of a company working night and day to get alliances settled and contracts signed? Do they have to put out press just because the stock's dropping and shareholders are hurting? I don't know. I honestly don't have any answers. Even if they did, could it stem the tide of falling ADSL sentiment? I have my doubts. I could be wrong but I think whatever's happening is being controlled by some very savvy investment houses who know darn well the bandwidth market is going to blow wide open and when it does they want their coffers filled to the brim at bargain-basement prices.

As my daughter would say in a mock-NY taxi-driver accent, "This not rocket science. . . ."

Well, 'it not rocket science' to figure out my next move.

Incidentally, I grilled the company today and the fundamentals *have not changed.*

Still long.

Regards,

Pat
