Technology is where it's at, and will be for years to come

No, I think you are wrong. Technology is dead. Consider the following.

The last PC that will ever be sold has been sold.
There will be no new internet users, ever.
China and India have been saturated with PCs and other technology.
Every school in North America and Western Europe has all of the PCs and internet access that they will ever buy.
Everything that can be invented has been invented.
The merger of internet and television has been completed.
Current equipment will never break down or become obsolete.
No new software will ever be released.
No new applications will ever be developed.
Could go on and on, but it is clear that technology is dead.
