In Baltimore you have a black mayor, black police chief, and half of the police force is black.

What is "the problem" with Baltimore? What exactly is it?

The cops who arrested Gray sure look white to me:



Having said that, way too many cops are bad cops. And there are bad black cops as well as bad white cops. They have been given way too much power. What was done to Freddie Gray is a travesty.
