Pat,

Until we get some visibility on earnings and/or commercialization (a la the Dain Bosworth report) the stock price of AMTX will probably reside somewhere (and has) in the range from about 5 to 33, depending on market sentiment and/or momentum. This is not unusual for a development stage technology company. At this point, picking stock price tops and bottoms is equivalent in difficulty to spear catching.

If one believes in the technology, then patience is a must. If one sours on the technology and/or the commercial aspect of it, then the stock (AMTX) should be sold, regardless of the price at that time. If emotion is allowed to enter the equation then a wrong answer is the most likely result.

It seems like you and many others have really done your homework re AMTX and their technology. Let's not get overly fixated on the decline in the stock price. I don't like it either but it should be accepted that it is not an abnormal phenomenon in this situation.

If you are correct on the fundamentals (and I think you are) then AMTX's day will eventually come. I do agree, however, that the company's lack of prompt and forthcoming responses to your questions can be very frustrating.

Again, many thanks for your tireless efforts on behalf of us all.

Charles Morrison
