I agree, but this obviously isn't a matter of market share. S3 already has 50%+ and nobody seems to care. I think it has more to do with the longer term growth rates of the industry. A company (regardless of fundamentals) can have 100% market share, but if the market isn't growing or its future is questionable who's going to pay the multiple?
